This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through Al Hidaya Bookshop, operated by ALHIDAYA TRADING LLC, on https://elhidaya-bookshop.com.
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver orders within the Sultanate of Oman. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier coverage.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 1 to 5 working days after order confirmation, depending on the delivery location, product availability, courier schedule, weekends, public holidays, and order volume.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the customer confirms the order. Delivery fees may vary based on location, order value, delivery method, or courier charges.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability check. Orders placed outside working hours, during weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
5. Delivery Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any required location instructions. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, or provided incorrect information, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.
7. Order Tracking
Where available, customers may receive delivery updates by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or through the courier service.
8. Damaged Packages
If the package appears damaged at delivery, the customer should report it as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and product for review.
